NatureWise Lost Creek 2026

NatureWise Lost Creek is a family-friendly expo featuring several Lost Creek organizations. Join us for an exciting expo full of activities and learning opportunities focused on environmental and community awareness. Bring your curiosity and passion for nature!

Our 2026 event will be held Saturday, April 18, 2026 from 11am to 2pm at the Lost Creek Boulevard Park (intersection of Lost Creek Blvd and Quaker Ridge Dr). The event is always held rain (Limited District board room at park) or shine (park itself).

The 2026 event will feature a fantastic lineup of activities and participants (listed below).

Activities and Participating Organizations

Educational Booths 
Learn about native landscaping, birds, and watershed protection.


Interactive Displays 
Engage with exhibits on Central Texas wildlife, rock and fossil display by UT Austin faculty, and fire mitigation strategies.

Cultivation Efforts

Central Texas Mycological Society will offer free mushroom blocks. Grow your own mushrooms!


Conservation Efforts
Discover how to support dark skies and protect bees, butterflies and aquatic insects.
