Beef Fillets with Orange Cream

Ingredients
four 6- to 8-ounce beef tenderloin steaks
½ t cracked pepper (optional)
1 c whipping cream
2 T orange marmalade
1 to 2 T prepared horseradish
Garnish: orange rind curls
Instructions:
Sprinkle steaks with pepper, if desired.
Grill the steaks over medium-high heat (350 to 400 degrees) for four to six minutes with the grill lid down.
Sauce: Bring whipping cream, marmalade and horseradish to a boil in a skillet over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring often, 5 minutes or until thick.
Serve sauce immediately with the steaks.
Garnish if desired.
